On a quick life update, my big tasks at work are nearly over. Still some to go, but one of the biggest projects is over now, so I'm looking forward to having a bit more free time in the future. Also am looking to upgrade my computer over the summer... the one I have now was actually built by a friend of mine, and while it's lasted me very well, it was built nearly 8 years ago, and a lot has changed since then! Also looking into changing the look of the blog into something a bit more stylish... so standby for that in the next few weeks, too!

Not me
So if you tried to view my blog recently, you saw a message saying it was shut down. I did not shut it down at all; this was entirely a surprise to me.
In a way, I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner... if you follow googlebloggerclosesgayblogs.blogspot.com, you can see that blogger has been shutting down blogs left and right. Although lately, there have been some interesting developments, including the possibility that's it's not blogger, but hackers. Who knows? Visit his blog for the latest. I'll be sending him a little note about my experience with this as soon as I get a chance.
Fortunately, with a quick verification, I was able to get my blogs up and running again. But if something like this happens again, I'll post any info at my profiles on Feet.tv or Gearfetish (the profile name is TiedFeetGuy, as if you couldn't guess).

The Humble Hogtie
...because classics never go out of style. Still one of my favorite positions.
On the life front, the show went fantastic. Although I'm very sore and tired, and my feet are burning and blistering, it was worth it. I was also informally invited by the director to possibly participate in an upcoming show at the Hollywood Bowl. Yes, that Hollywood Bowl. Although it remains to be seen if it'll work out... there's a lot of logistical and scheduling details that would need to be worked out, so it may or may not actually happen. But it's even an honor just to be asked.

Feet & Face
Sometimes the guy is just as hot as the feet, right?
As for me, a small update. Tonight is the big show I've been preparing for. (I'm in a show for the first time in nearly 10 years, if you didn't know. And I'm working barefoot.) Not too nervous... my part is fairly small. That said, I do have a couple of solos. But my feet have taken a beating, and it will be a bit before they return to their smooth, supple selves. Actually, they didn't get too bad, aside from a nearly dime-sized blister on one foot, which is already (slowly) starting to heal.
All that said, here's hoping I break a leg tonight! That's show biz talk, you know. ;) Should be fun, and looking forward to it. And my BF will be there to see me, his first time seeing me in a professional show! At the same time, I'll be glad when it's over... I'm also putting on a show, which goes up next week. Rehearsals start Monday, and continue all week. Good thing I like to be kept busy!
